Housing

We have arranged discounted rates in three locations — on-campus housing and two hotels.

On-Campus Housing

All residence halls are co-educational. Adult groups may be co-educational on the same floor or wing to accommodate couples. In all cases, female and male bathroom facilities are designated. Guest rooms are not air-conditioned. Service includes sheets, towels, pillow, pillowcase, blanket or bedspread and housekeeping service. Housekeeping service is provided weekdays, excluding University holidays. Housekeepers will make beds, exchange towels, and clean bathrooms and public areas. Rooms are furnished with extra-long twin beds, dresser, bookcase, desk and closet. Telephones are not provided in rooms and phone jacks are not active. A microfridge (microwave, refrigerator, and freezer) is provided in each room. All rooms are non-smoking. Parking is by permit only in designated areas and permits are available for purchase at the front desk for $23/week.

  • The room package is for three nights with arrival on June 20 and departure on June 23.
  • Additional nights (June 18 or June 19 arrival and June 24 or June 25 departure) can be added.
  • Reservation deadline is June 6, 2011.
  • Payment is due upon check in and non-refundable.
  • Building is open for 24-hour check-in.
